Custom, Non-Catalog Knives

Beth’s Blade 

We made this versatile kitchen knife for the TV show Yellowstone in September, 2020 as a commissioned piece by the prop manager.  It was shown on air on December 5, 2021 with the renowned character, Beth Dutton, threatening to stab someone with it; thus the name Beth’s Blade.

Blade Specs:  

·      Hammer forged, High Carbon 1095, 3/32” steel

·      7 ½” long and 2 ½” deep at the hilt from the spine to the cutting edge

·      Nice curved edge designed for multi-purpose use in the kitchen

Handle Specs:

·      Comfortable cast aluminum handle is 4 ½” long

·      Inserts shown are Ironwood and Koa 

·      Other insert materials, including elk, micarta, Kirinite, and other woods may be available upon request

Slip Sheath:

·      Comes with leather slip sheath, for protection, shown in the photo

 Collectible:

·      We are not numbering this knife or making it a limited edition as we have with some other models, but given the rare number that will likely be made these should hold their value and then some.

Other things to note:

·      Our 1095 High Carbon Steel is not stainless

·      Use of these knives will require caring for your blade
